Ability to directly upload email attachments to Cloud storage with the Email query component

The Email query component will allow you to download attachments, but it requires to be downloaded ‘locally‘ (the agent in the case of Designer). This then requires a bash script to upload the attachments to cloud storage for further processing. This would only be possible on CHA however, as bash isnt available for MHA.

Uploading direct to cloud storage would make pipelines have less steps and complexities, and would remove the need to download files to the agent, and further clean them up, which is a maintenance task that the user would have to undertake.
