Add Ability to Send an Email with an Attachment

I recently ran into a scenario where I need to send an email to a customer with a file attached (specifically a file generated from Matillion and stored in S3). After discussion with Matillion Support and my internal team it confirmed that there was NOT an out of the box solution in Matillion to handle this. We are planning to use a Python script called via Python to handle this in the interim but would be nice if this was an out of the box feature. Support suggested for an idea to be generated to have this added to the SNS Message component that can currently send SNS topics converted to an email. Can you please research this capability of adding an email attachment functionality to the SNS Message component OR if there is another suggested way to roll it in the product please investigate that.
