Currently this is only possible by storing the API call in one field (a row in a table with one column) and from there extracting the nested data.
This has mainly two main issues: Complexity and failures due to response size.
It is a big missing feature the capacity to extract the response of an API calls in rows and columns as it is possible with Matillion ETL.
