Allow Storing Passwords as Job Variables in Send Email and Salesforce Connections

It would be useful to allow the use of passwords stored as job variables for the send email and salesforce components. This would allow users to use their own existing password vaults like AWS Secrets Manager or Snowflake Secrets.
