Allow to Save Custom Connector, even when they are not working

I create my connector, add some authentication, endpoints, etc. Then I test it and I found out that it Matillion is not whitelisted or any other problem. I have to leave the window open or otherwise I lost all my changes!!!

Please allow us to Save the changes or a new Custom Connector, even if it has issues. We are working on them!
