AWS Private Link for full SaaS

Private Link is an Amazon AWS arbitrary managed network that allows two or more AWS accounts to be connected via AWS internal infrastructure in a secure and managed way. This is exclusive to AWS to AWS only.

The ability for full SaaS DPC to connect to a customer's AWS account and source. The ability for the DPC to connect to a customer's AWS account and a full SaaS agent can communicate back.

Full SaaS can use Private Link to connect to Snowflake.
