Azure Private Link for full SaaS

Similar to this idea for AWS, it is vital that Matillion’s full SaaS architecture be equipped to connect securely with Azure via private connectivity. This is required for multiple workloads:

• Connecting to cloud data platforms as destinations, such as Snowflake or Databricks

• Connecting to cloud storage when facilitating data movement, such as Azure storage accounts. This includes moving data via the Azure Blob Storage component and the Data Transfer component

• Interacting with Azure Storage Queues

Customers can already achieve this with Hybrid Agents, however that functionality is only available to customers on the highest tier and also incurs additional costs to the customer as they must host the architecture for the hybrid agent.
