Create Pipeline Trends in the Observability Dashboard

Users running pipelines may be interested in understanding more about historical pipeline executions, to be able to understand changes in pipeline execution times as well as other trends. For example, visibility of pipeline execution times having increased or decreased over a period of time might alert users both positively and negatively of changes made to the pipeline and/or its’ dependent resources. Some visibility of this in the Observability Dashboard could improve the usability of the product and overall user experience.
