Horizontal scrollbar in files window frame

Presently there is only Vertical scrollbar for files windowpane. Having a horizontal scrollbar helps to see the complete name of the files without expanding the windowpane.

The same feature exists in METL to scroll both horizontally and vertically for the jobs present under Projects.
