Integration with Snowflake Internal Stage (i.e. Data Transfer, Excel Query)

A way for users to leverage Snowflake Internal stage rather than managing S3 or Cloud Storage buckets.

Currently Excel Query can only read from S3. Would be great to allow direct access from Snowflake Internal stage as well. Rockefeller would like to move files from Windows Fileshare/SFTP to Snowflake internal stage rather than S3.

Also Data Transfer would need to have Snowflake Internal Stage. Some users will not have a cloud platform (not on AWS or Azure), so they cannot setup S3 buckets.
