Snowflake Zero Copy Clone

We have a feature in Matillion ETL that allows users to execute pipelines via the Snowflake Zero Copy Clone (https://docs.snowflake.com/en/user-guide/tables-storage-considerations#label-cloning-tables) feature, and we are looking to potentially add support for this to the Matillion Data Productivity Cloud.
