View SQL for invalid components

Hi,

Currently, if a component is not valid - for example “SQL compilation error: syntax error line 10” - there is no way to view the SQL because the component must be valid to view the SQL.

This makes it extremely difficult to debug as we are not sure what SQL Matillion is generating. Users should be able to view SQL code at any point, valid or not.
